(Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged. Flowers are not eligible for exchange or refund after 7 days and plants are not eligible for exchange or refund after 30 days. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.)
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occured on our part in shipping your order.
